Spot on… Cora can only do so much. It starts with Breslow, creating a roster with a dreadful left side of the infield and little to no depth at first base. If Willson Contreras gets hurt this team is totally screwed. I doubt that they will make moves at the deadline, other than selling players to reduce the overall salary of the team. It’s probably best to view this year as a development year for our young players in hopes that things turn around offensively. We can only use the the excuse that it’s still early in the season for so long.
